This is a lovely mare - well-bodied, with great quality and a really good action. She was placed in the Group 2 Missile Stakes, a genuinely high-quality race, as well as the Group 3 Birthday Card Stakes. Her strong race record gives her excellent name value, and we believe that will only enhance the appeal of her progeny down the track. She is also a good outcross, which opens up plenty of options when it comes to selecting a stallion for her.
I’m The Boss of Me - $560,000
This mare has great quality and a lovely temperament to go with it. She was a fast sprinter in America, where she was placed in four Listed races. Her American speed figures translate very well when compared to Australian measures. We've had excellent results with American mares in the past, and we feel this mare fits that same mould.
She is by Midshipman, a proven broodmare sire, with his daughters producing the likes of Australian Group 1 winner Manaal and the exciting young American stallion Golden Pal, now standing at Coolmore USA.
She is currently in foal to dominant Coolmore Stud Stakes winner Switzerland, an exceptionally exciting first season sire.
