As always, there has been a fantastic group of fillies on offer at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale, and we were again teaming up with TFI and Michael Freedman for our Filly Partnership.
Lot 304 - Zoustar x Fuddle Dee Duddle - $625,000
This filly is physically outstanding - she’s got really good strength and girth, great action and beautiful quality. She’s by Zoustar, who has been a particularly good sire of fillies, with the likes of Sunlight, Zougotcha and Joliestar. This filly is a full-sister to Brereton, who was a smart 2YO, and from the family of Everest winner Bella Nipotina.
Lot 435 - Stay Inside x Lady Ashley - $500,000
This is a lovely, quality filly. She’s got a great shape to her, and walks with great power and reach. She is by Stay Inside, who has already produced a pair of stakes winners in Incognito and Lassified. She comes from an outstanding family, which we have had good luck with, that of Snippets, Not a Single Doubt and King’s Legacy. It is also the family of Blanc de Blanc and Mystical, who have both been great previous results for our Filly Partnership.
Lot 650 - The Autumn Sun x Pacific Dragon - $650,000
This is a very strong, impressive filly. She’s got lovely quality, shape and walks exceptionally well. She is by The Autumn Sun, who has an exemplary record with his fillies, through the likes of Autumn Glow, Autumn Angel and Coco Sun.
Her dam Pacific Dragon was a very good 2YO in New Zealand, where she was a Listed winner and Group 2 placed. This is the further family of high-class performers Shania Dane and Summer Passage.
