After her sparkling debut at Rosehill, Plaintiff returned back to the same track at Saturday metropolitan level (though on a Sunday due to the extreme temperatures on Saturday). In the event, she again showed great race smarts, settling behind the leaders and bounding into the lead in the straight, then knuckling down well to see of the more experienced Nitro in the final 50m.
Plaintiff is out of Group 1 Tatt’s Tiara winner Prompt Response, and was secured on behalf of her owners John and Deb Camilleri from the Widden Stud draft at the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale.
Congratulations to owners John and Deb Camilleri, and many thanks to trainer Peter Snowden and to jockey Jordan Childs.
